"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"Master bath - Tear out vanity and top, flat wall mirror, toilet, shower doors, light, towel bars.  Repair and patch walls, then paint.  Laid porcelain tiles (12X24).  Suggested a staggered pattern which turned out really neat.  Replaced 1/4 round with new and painted for a clean fresh look.  Installed vanity and 2 framed mirrors.  Put up 2 new lights over mirrors, towel bar and toilet paper holder.  Installed new toilet.  Every piece has a nice line, centered, provides great quality look. <br /> Guest bath - Tear out vanity and top, flat wall mirror, light and towel bars.  Installed vanity and top, framed mirror a towel shelf and new light over mirror.   <br /> We had never remodeled, but felt comfortable with all the proceedings.  Job went very smoothly, no horror stories.  Took care to protect surroundings, no extra dings or accidents.   Very professional work, done on a timely basis. <br />"

"We needed the work done in 48 hours and Joel and his team had it done before that!  He responded via email to a weekend inquiry if he could be out on Monday to get the work done (part of a house closing) and he responded by 7:30 a.m. Sunday and was out to work at 8:00 a.m. on Monday. All work was completed by Tuesday early afternoon. He went over and above in the quality of the work too -- removed doors from hinges and windows from casements -- to really do an excellent job of painting. <br />"

"Well I can say from beginning to end the experience was just very easy and they came out even sooner than they told me on the phone. I had a refrigerator that needed brought inside that I just bought and couldn't do it myself. Well not only did they take the doors off to my house and the handles from the refrigerator, but also took a cabinet out that was blocking my ability to get the refrigerator in place as it was so much bigger than the previous one. No job is too small! In an out in a flash, I will be using these folks again in the future! Thank you!!!"

"I called S and A Maintenance when I noticed some boards in the soffit under the roof of our old garage appeared to be rotting. We were informed that we needed a new roof which was no surprise. S and A was booked up in the fall but came out in December, replaced the rotten wood and completed the roofing job with no trouble. The roof has held up well. They also reserved some of the good boards for possible later repair of our 1905 house since boards of that size are no longer produced. I have used S and A multiple times for both small and large jobs, because I trust Dave to figure out what needs to be done on an old house and he always comes out to inspect the work afterwards. <br />"
