I went to Angie's List and was contacted by Pura. I am glad they did. All communication was done through text messages, which was perfect for me. I would rather text than talk over the phone anyway. Cyndi and Jennifer were the two ladies who came to my house; not only were they on time, but they were also very efficient and super nice and walked me through the process. I have a two-story house, and they did a deep clean, which was very affordable. They left a thank you note and a nice-smelling homemade room spray. I do not need a cleaning service a lot because I'm pretty much a clean person anyway, but I will be using them possibly every six months to have that extra sparkle. Thank you Again, Pura !!"
