"I first hired Bryce from Angi because of his good reviews. I just moved to Upperco and the washer was broken from the last tenant. He responded quickly and came out to me within a day. He explained everything and got it done quickly and had all the parts needed already on him. His prices were fair and it was a painless process. I work at a horse farm and needed repair work on our dryer and I immediately told my boss to hire Bryce for the job. Again he responded quickly and was there within a day to help fix our dryer. He also is very honest and punctual. Will definitely be using him in the future for my home and work."

"Had a a good initial experience with this company installing a new dryer a rental Property. Another tenant had a problem with dryer that was making loud noise and he says needs a new motor. He Charges me $367 to fix a dryer with new blower motor and one week afterwards, tenant called me to say it is only warm, not hot- not drying her clothes. Tenant and I called him to schedule a follow up but he keeps saying it was working and he would charge another fee for coming out. I got annoyed that only a week after getting a NEW motor, it does NOT work as it should. I would like my money back. Not reliable and trustworthy. "

Two techs have been out to my home. I find this completely unacceptable. When a customer pays for professional service, they should not be left without a functioning toilet for days. Sam inspected the p traps, and he added adhesive where it was necessary. Sam also took a look at my two year old hot water heater, and he assessed my water supply to this unit. We discussed performing a complete drain, and check of the components of the heater at a later date. Sam also advised me that a toilet in the basement should be replaced with a more updated commode. We rarely use this toilet, but it's 35 years old. I felt comfortable speaking with Sam. I did not sense he was doing a sales pitch."
