"Service provider stated that she will charge $800 for her labor and be able to complete the work agreed to from 3/14/24 to 3/15/24 but was unable to complete the job. The job included soundproofing the open basement ceiling areas, finishing/ enclosing the ceiling with drywall and molding and installing panel doors in laundry area in basement as well as put plywood/ drywall to enclose open space next to the basement laundry area. She worked on the ceiling part on 3/14, 3/15 and 3/18 instead. She send a message at 9:32pm on 3/18 saying “I can’t do any more”. She then got upset when we questioned the botched workmanship in the ceiling which was incomplete and left in a haste without discussing anything else with us. She did not say anything about paying her, fixing the damaged HVAC hose, cleaning the areas she worked in or if she will come back to complete the job verbally. Instead she threatened to put a lien on our home. She damaged part of the HVAC airflow as well as totally left the floors full of debris. As well as left the adjourning bedroom unclean and full of left over building supplies. The job was not completed and it looks totally botched. We would like to have the HVAC hose that she damaged repaired or replaced as it may be disrupting airflow and in turn possible raise our heat bill in the meantime. We would like to be partially charged or not charged at all for this job as it has not only totally inconvenienced us, it was botched and also incomplete. This job will need to be totally redone and I paid for building supplies which was in access to $1000 which I would like to be reimbursed for. We would also like to have the area that is now filthy and scattered with debris and the building supplies used cleaned."

I had spoken to Bryan, made an appt for an estimate. I have gotten other estimates so what was one more. He was very knowledgeable, attentive and professional. After explaining what I wanted he had drawn me a picture with all the dimensions, a detailed estimate of the job at hand. After changing my mind and him being the patient man that he was we came to a conclusion and started the next day. His crew as well as himself had the utmost respect for me and my home which is hard to find these days. They had finished quicker than expected, exceeded my expectations, under budget and Bryan added some little things that I didn't think of with no cost. His company will be the only one to do any work on my home in the future."
