"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."

The way he installed my generator, he put it on a pad in a form of gravel and not on the ground so it would not sink in water. He really went above and beyond as far as the install. He really did an awesome job. He also stayed in contact, letting me know what was going on and answered all my questions. He installed it really well."
