"Brian and his team do great work. More importantly, they stand by their work and your system. Brian's team installed our camera system a couple of years ago, and he gave us a feeling of more safety and security. The cameras then can be seen through an online app (on your phone or through a special web address), but occasionally there's a glitch, as with most online things. Now, other companies might forget you or want more money after they've done the installation. But not Brian. The glitches are only every now and then, but when they happen, I reach out to him and he gets right on it. He stands by his systems and he troubleshoots it, and you're back up and running. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. There was a woman at the office that I was going to go look at fencing. Unfortunately, I broke my leg and I have a cast on; I haven't been able to get there. So far I can say the company I think is very highly rated. The cost varies according to requirements. I haven't gotten a solid estimate. I've taken a look at other things but nothing that I would compare to them. On pricing, I think they're fair. I think their product is good, the quality of the workmanship seems to be excellent, and I haven't had it installed yet. That's just a guesstimate. They replaced a fence that was hand made that I had nothing but trouble with, and they really covered every single issue that I had with that previous fence so that I wouldn't run into the same problem again, so I have a lot of optimism about this outcome."
