He responds the same day, always- within an hour. John is brilliant. Genius designer. He was present on our job multiple times a day for the duration. He is meticulous. Last July Charles and his sons did a great job designing the landscape in my front yard, cleaning out the weeds, laying down soil, rocks and mulch and planting beautiful trees. My neighbors commented my front yard never looked better in the past. Charles and his sons would come every month maintaining the landscaping (very cost effective) and this year they've returned to fertilize the plants and even plant flowers.
