"Estimator was nice. Professional. Promised to have work completed by August 1. Didn't hear from company until I reminded them of the promised deadline. Workers were pleasant. When they installed the fence posts, they caused considerable damage to my lawn. Tore plants up. Fence is supposedly "completed" but when I sealed the wood, I noticed the shoddy workmanship (some boards not completely nailed, fence post caps are not level -- some are nailed in two places, some in one, some in three). Left trash on site that I removed after the workmen left. Six weeks after the work was completed, I came home to find a piece of the fence trim laying in the yard. I found it hadn't been fastened to the fence in any way. When I called the owner to complain about shoddy workmanship, he told me I was unreasonable. Who would expect them to actually nail a fence together, clean up after the job was (supposedly) complete, and then return to investigate a complaint? He refused to even investigate! I fastened the trim to the fence. Nailed the other boards that weren't fastened."

While he was there, it started raining and we discovered a new leak in the roof. Chris made a phone call and within an hour a guy was there fixing my roof at a reasonable cost! Amazing! Chris was very pleasant, on time, did good work, was willing to do whatever was needed and had lots of suggestions to improve the house and yard. He is very talented and can do many things, but he knows when to call in an expert that responds! He even cleaned up after he finished."
