"My 80 yr old friend needed a lot of help with his house. It was a big and very dirty job. Darlene actually said it would be “satisfying “ to take on this overwhelming job! That gave me much confidence she would get it done. She absolutely delivered!! She and her partners worked long days to get it done. They just kept coming back to attack the grime. They filled a dumpster and delivered my friend his home back. Thank you Darlene and her partners for agreeing to take on this very tough task and providing a sparkling home. I am more than “satisfied.”"

"Called the owner and told her what I needed. She said everything could be done that I asked for. The cleaner was late. I started going over the rooms to be done. We came to the trophy room. And she said that she won?t clean dead animals on the wall. I told the owner that I wanted this done and she said no problem. The cleaner asked to borrow a vacuum cleaner, cleaning gloves and a mop. Really! She said she was new doing this. She did bring a stick vacuum and used it for the basement stairs. I walked by and it smelled like wet dog. She said that she purchased it from a lady that had dogs. She didn?t finish dusting in several rooms. I just couldn?t believe it. Then to top everything thing else She didn?t mop right She left the floor very wet in places. Causing significant damage to the floors. Over $8,000. The cleaner was insured and I did get the money.
