"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. "Ricardo and his team were absolutely amazing! When he first came out to look at our backyard, it was essentially a swampy, grassy slope with no drainage whatsoever. After consulting with him, we could tell he understood exactly what we wanted and that he too had a vision for our backyard and provided us with a step by step explanation of what needed to be done to make that vision a reality. A few days later he and his guys were out digging, rain or shine, to begin leveling out the agreed upon area. It was muddy and overwhelming to watch the process, but at the end of each day Ricardo would meet with me to explain what they had done and what they would do the next day, which was a huge comfort during the early stages. Within a week he and his team transformed our backyard into a beautiful and usable outdoor family space that we will enjoy for years to come! "NGL was very attentive to detail throughout the project. The crew are artists - creating curves around tree trunks and some planting beds, which require that each stone on the curve be cut, but the results are gorgeous. The walls to terrace the yard had to deal with a slope, so a "swoop" was constructed that draws your eye and keeps the wall at appropriate height. Steep front yard grass removed and garden soil installed in newly terraced areas. Really like the choice of pavers - including a dark gray border and dark capstones on walls. Work done ahead of schedule, all old concrete, timbers and bricks removed, no surprises, very nice people."

"We had a large water leak in our line between the meter and our house. A locator had to come out to find it. We were losing approximately 1 1/2 gallons a minute. As soon as the locator showed us the approximate location, we knew that we needed to have a tree removed to be able to dig up and fix the leak. Sunrise Landscaping came out and did a great job! I thought that they were only going to remove the tree and locate the leak but to my surprise, they were also able to repair the line!! They did an awesome job and were very professional! The leak was about two feet down and two feet in under our driveway. Not an easy fix and they did it without cutting our concrete. I highly recommend Sunrise!"
