Gave me a quick but thorough explanation of what to needed to be done, options, and at a reasonable cost. He arrived promptly, completed work, and spent time discussing other things that I knew needed to be worked on. Ended up hiring him to replace other siding, sealing and painting a furnace pipe, installing metal flashing on some potential water damage areas, and roofing repair that was missed by another big name roofer hired before. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand your needs and how to best take care of you."

"My issue with Guardian is in regard to their Contract and billing philosophy. During my roof repair project, additional damage was uncovered. The Contract clearly stated that additional services would be completed on a time and materials basis. Guardian provided me with an estimate of $9,500 for the additional repair. After hearing that was only an estimate and that I'd be charged only for the time and materials spent, I authorized the additional work. The time spent on site working on the additional repairs was 19 hours. Upon completion of the work, I received an invoice that was opaque and presented little detail for approximately $9,500. An accompanying email indicated the additional repairs required 38 hours. This was ludicrous as the technicians spent a total of 37 hours on site for both the original contract work and the additional repair work. Guardian was in breach of their own Contract by not adhering to time and materials billing for the additional work. "
