"Barry Reece was very professional. He went over every detail with us and made sure we had no questions concerning the work. The crew was great, they took time to answer questions about what they were doing. They were here before 7am to get started. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up, they used a magnetic roller to puck up nails on the ground. We’re so pleased with how our roof looks. They replaced the vent covers with ones that match the roof and also used a matching metal trim around the silver flashings on the chimneys. We would definitely use them again and will also recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or any other exterior work."

"My roof had sustained damage from recent severe storms in my area. I contacted several roofing companies, through internet searches and some local advertisers. I received a few inspections and multiple estimates, but wasn't satisfied or felt comfortable enough with any of those contractors to hire them do the job. So, I started asking around for referrals from friends and neighbors. My coworker recommended Braswell construction, since she's used their services before and were very pleased. I called right away, spoke to owner Chris Braswell, we setup an appointment and he came out the next day. He assessed the roof, and we both agreed that my entire roof needed immediate replacement. Chris was very professional, he explained all the details clearly for me to understand. Two days later his team were out replacing my roof. They did an excellent job, completed the roof and cleaned up the debris all in the same day. They were very prepared and informed me of every step of the process up front which was nice. They also took their time in explaining things. "I was hoping for a better turnout. There was no discount for Angie's List or anything, and they were not the cheapest estimate. The roof was not completed correctly the first time, and I had taken pics and sent them to the sales person, Dylan. The start date was delayed, and even the follow up, I had to message several times to get a date for inspection. When the OP (operations manager) Johnny came out, he seemed hesitant on fixing any issues, and tried to make some excuses or reasons for the crew's shortcuts. Dylan happened to side with me, so correction work was scheduled. The problem was they did not cover certain sections with the felt, so there was just shingles laid over large gaps in the roof. Anyhow, there was even poor follow up on the correction. I am hesitant on asking them to make any more corrections, as they may be disgruntled at this point. In hindsight, I would have gone with another contractor. Rating is a between C+ and B-."
