"A process I dreaded turned out to be a good one thanks to the people at Adonis putting my concerns and vision first. I have 2 full bathrooms and wanted to remodel both. The main bathroom has 5 walls with non 90 degree angles. My house is on a slab and I needed drains moved in order to realize the design I wanted. They were willing to take on a job with challenges. I had problems in the main bath with ants and wanted all locations where pipes came in to be sealed. They worked out how to do this. I wanted these baths to look elegant and impressive. Adonis made all this happen. They always listened to my concerns and agreed with my choices. When glitches arose they were in my corner to work out the problems. They tightly scheduled the trades to minimize the time to complete the job."

"I requested an estimate on a portion of my roof - maybe 50% of the entire house. They showed up with a short ladder and told me they could not reach my roof to inspect it without a larger ladder. I was told he would be back in a couple of days or so. They never came back and never contacted me. I've since read other reviews about the "short ladder". If you don't want the job then at least care enough to tell me so, rather than making me wait around for another visit that you have no intention of making."

"Unfortunately I cannot recommend AZ Plumbing. They charged me almost $800 for 20min of labor and $80 hardware. The technician had to go to the hardware store twice (first didn’t have our valves in his truck and second, lost a screw in the wall…) and assembled the valves upside down, so it took the whole morning. “Flat rate” they call it, unjustifiable profits! Very greedy."
