The quality of the products and their personalized service was so impressive I decided to have them install luxury vinyl in a condo that I have been renovating. Once again, everything was outstanding. The floors look great, they installed it in less time that they had told me in would take and the pricing was very fair. Also, any time I called Raphael or Daniel they were totally accessible. I had shopped at Dolphin and Floor and Decor, but I would highly recommend Face of Wood over them or any huge chain."

"Excellent Customer Service, Sales, Installation and Repair!!!! Highly recommend their services. We had what we thought was a small leak from our dishwasher which damaged a few of our wood laminate floor tiles. Jaime had a couple of guys out right away to pull up the flooring to assess the damage. Turns out the water ran under those wood tiles and we had to have most of our kitchen flooring pulled up. Jaime was very knowledgeable in assisting us finding a high quality replacement for the flooring as our existing flooring was no longer available anywhere, and matching it up would have been almost impossible, given it was in the main area of the house. He found us waterproof hard vinyl tile flooring that looked like real stone that was environmentally friendly. Jerry and his assistant did an amazing job installing the flooring. Our kitchen floor looks beautiful, is durable, and the quality of the flooring meets our high standards."

"Fernando is truly a master of his craft. We had extensive damage from rot, water, and termites in our oak hardwood floors. This was due to improper installation of the original flooring by a previous owner. Fernando tore the flooring and subfloor out down to the concrete for 2/3 of the floor. He rebuilt the entire floor and replaced it with new properly installed flooring. The integration of the old and new flooring is seamless. His expert staining of the new flooring exactly matches the decades old original. You get what you pay for. Don’t be intimidated by the price of his work he’s reasonable and flexible and worked with us to keep the costs as low as possible. He cleaned up the worksite removing all the debris from the tear out. I will be hiring him for a refinish job in the near future. I strongly suggest that you choose this company as your top contender for your hardwood floor work."

"Serrano's was not only one of (if not the best) prices I was able to find while shopping around, but Diogo was by far the most responsive and communicative contractors I had the pleasure of speaking with. Despite all of the other clients and jobs he had going on he always tried his best to find time to update me on my project and answer any questions that I had. On top of all of that my wood-look tile came out phenomenally! His workers were also extremely polite and friendly. If I had to have one criticism it's that they could've done a better job of cleaning up after themselves (food and drinks after lunch is what if mostly looked like) but it was far from terrible or filthy and absolutely easily manageable. Would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking at any sort of flooring project done and would be the first company I'd personally look to if I needed any more work done."
