Mr. Taylor arrived on time and explained what would be involved in installing the recessed lighting. What a fantastic job!! "After doing a lot of research for the right remodeler, we decided to contract Zenith Kitchen and Bath to remodel our bathrooms. We worked with Eva, their design consultant and she was absolutely fantastic to work with. She took the time to understand our requirements and preferences and came up with the beautiful design for the bathrooms. Her suggestions were spot on and Eva was able to source the materials quickly and they were able to start the work as promised. The workers were very professional, considerate, respectful and did a fantastic job! Our construction manager, Cetin , visited regularly to see how things were progressing and address any concerns we had. We made a few changes along the way and they were able to accommodate them easily. They were able to finish our bathroom remodel in five weeks, and they turned out beautiful!! It was an absolute pleasure to work everyone from Zenith Kitchen and Bath and we highly recommend them!"

"Exceptional work, high quality, gorgeous windows and all finished surfaces, totally professional and courteous work crew, and superb project manager. I am so pleased the outcome of this project. I ordered 12 vinyl replacement windows (including a garden window in the kitchen) after researching thoroughly and receiving several quotes. I chose this company due to their highly favorable reviews from review sources and their top ratings and the beautiful, top quality windows they offer. (While many people dislike vinyl windows for their appearance, the windows this company offers would likely change their minds - they are elegant and simply beautiful.) My project manager is exceptional - very courteous, knowledgeable, supportive, and professional. He came out to my house and did a thorough inspection of my windows, sills, frames, etc. He was not pushy at all while explaining what he and his company can do and answering all my questions. He provided an estimate on the spot (and held to his estimate all the way through to completion of the project). I also asked him about several other areas around the house where the wood was rotting. He included these areas in the estimate without additional charge. Windows arrived on time (about 6 weeks after I ordered them), were installed in less than 8 hours, look so beautiful, and are very well priced. (This was actually the low bid and especially good considering the additional work I needed.) Quality of work by installation team exceeded my expectations. They are true craftsmen as reflected by the beautiful work they did on the outside window frames and flawless operation of the windows. And the team went the extra mile providing the additional services with just as high quality of craftsmanship. They cleaned up all debris, swept outside areas, and vacuumed inside areas all with the utmost courtesy and respect. I highly recommend this company and will be hiring them again next year to complete my window replacement project on the entire house."

"I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."

"We purchased a new front door and storm door from Arch Exteriors. The Sales person and the quality of the door were good. Our issue was with the service department and the installation crew. The installation crew/manager did a sub-standard job for installation. The door itself was not set in level, there was an obvious gab and then the lock was damaged when they tried to install it. They cut too far back on the inside tile floor and tried to hide it with pieces of shoe molding. The seal at the bottom of the door began to fall off within the first month. We had to fight with the service manager, Byron, to get anything fixed or to show up for appointments he made with us. The service manager, Byron, did not appear to have trained his crew on how to install a door. Our storm door was initially installed with no safety chain, so the first gust of wind tore the door off the hinges and half of the trim off the door frame. But Byron said since it was the wind, nothing can be done. I pointed out the door lacked some pieces to prevent this. When I pay someone to do work, my expectation is that it will be done better than what I could have done. This was not our experience at all. I can not give a good review due to the service/installation department. Gary Hudak"
