Their estimate was free (middle of the road on obtained estimates), but their work was extraordinary, a very professional outcome. The contract/service agreement was simple yet concise. It is hard to find these days, but this company does what it says. Their crew showed up on time every scheduled workday and were very courteous and knowledgeable. This company fulfilled every aspect of the contract, even unforeseen issues and ultimately completed the project ahead of schedule!! The cleanup was excellent! Except for my beautifully renewed stairs, you could hardly tell they were here."

After waiting 6 months on the contractor I hired who kept putting me off a friend called 1stop for me. They were out at the exact time they said they would be. The estimate was a few 100 dollars more than my previous estimate but after waiting 6 months I didn’t care. One guy came out to do the job which took 2 days. That was the quietest worker and he cleaned up the work area very well even putting a tarp down to collect debris. I would hire this company again. Work was good, cost very reasonable,"
