"A 1 Gutters did an outstanding job doing a full gutter replacement and fascia and soffit repair on my 60-year old home. Worked to match the paint color, identified and fixed issues that were original to the house and identified and repaired previously unidentified wood rot at no additional cost. Provided updates throughout the job, did multiple walk-throughs to review progress and discuss progress and describe the work that was required to correct existing issues. Explained what and where to watch for potential overflows due to the roof structure that may require an additional downspout to be added at no cost. Great Company, Great Owner, Great Team. Highly recommend."

"Greg and his team went above and beyond. My roof was over 20 yrs old and they had to replace multiple pieces of plywood unexpectedly. The paint crew did an awesome job repairing a few holes as well. Highly recommend S&S Roofing! Competitive pricing and a personable crew."

"Jason and his crew are excellent at what they do. They cleaned up everyday before leaving our home. The work performed is georgious. Jason worked with us by giving us options with the budget we had to work with. Jason is honest and will shoot you straight by giving awesome advise with all the knowledge he has from being in the home construction industry for many years. We want to remodel our bathrooms in the future and Professional Home Repairs & Maintenance will most definitely be doing the job. We feel that the value added to our home was well worth the money we spent. Jason and his crew have installed new roofs for friends of mine and did an excellent job for them as well. I know how scary it is picking a contractor and have been burnt in the past by others. Professional Home Repair is the right crew to take care of the largest investment in your life. God Blessed us by allowing our paths to cross. Thank you Jason Marsden for doing what you said you would do."

"Appreciated them showing up to fix a simple repair other roofing companies didnâ t appear to think large enough to consider taking on. Simpson Roofing showed up promptly and took care of the repair."

"It went extremely well. Dylan was always very prompt, professional, and courteous. The pictures and explanations he provided regarding the state of my roof before the work was performed added to our confidence and understanding of why and what needed to be done to repair the damage from a previous hailstorm. The price and quality of services were excellent. We would not hesitate to hire Grizzly Roofing again."

"My roof had a leak that dripped through the walls of my stairwell to my first floor.  I was expecting to pay thousands for a roof replacement.  When the Cobalt guy investigated, he said he could just seal the leak for about $75.  I was elated!
The repair was awesome.  He said the repair would sometime next week.  I didn't even know the repair had been done until I received a text letting me know they were finished.  It would be so great if we could trust everyone to do the job quickly and easily, like the Cobalt guys.

"My wife and I were referred to Pro Building Solutions by some friends who had tile work done in a home they recently purchased. From start to finish the whole renovation prices with Pro Building Solutions was great. Communication was always on point, and no work was performed without our permission as the homeowners. Sam of Pro Building Solutions provided a great consultation during which he laid out all the work they were able to do for us, offered his opinion for both ideal and budget-friendly design solutions, and gave an accurate estimated timeline for the start and duration of the work. Sam quoted a price based on everything discussed in the consultation and was very flexible in letting us decide what work to have them perform and what we could do ourselves to save money. Sam's willingness to let us perform some of the work we were capable of in order to keep costs down was especially noteworthy.

Once the renovation began Sam's team was exceedingly accommodating of our changing design preferences. The work performed was of the highest quality. Special attention was paid to keeping the rest of our home clean during the renovation. James (who performed the tile work while Sam was on his honeymoon) cut all of the tile on our front porch and made sure to clean his work space down with a hose every night. James was also forthcoming about his timeline for completing the work and made sure to consult with us every step of the way. He installed all the plumbing for the new shower and was even able to reroute it when we decided to install can lights in the shower.

At the end of the job Sam provided an invoice detailing all of the work performed, and specifying what differed from the original quote. The pricing was more than fair for the quality of work and flexibility. Overall, my experience with Pro Building Solutions was extremely positive. I was confident through the whole process that the end result would reflect what my wife and I wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or to hire them again myself."
