"Excellence, professionalism, great customer service, outstanding work quality. This company deserves a 10. Noe was very professional. I highly recommend their services."

"MJ Roofing performed flawlessly. At the time of quotation, Jose accurately told me when construction could begin, and how long the construction would take. Jose was on the jobsite every day to oversee the work. The crew showed up on time every day. The roof was installed perfectly down to evenly spacing the screws. MJ roofing even had a maid come to my house at the end of the job to clean up the dust. I wish every contractor in Key West was as dedicated to their work as MJ roofing. I am proud of my new roof and highly recommend MJ roofing."

"Amazing, very professional, on-time, clean work,"

"My experience with this company from the 1st phone call to the installation to the service after the job was
completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that the owner of the company sent us a card with his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
for them during the installation. A special thanks to Mr. Trey, who went out of his way during the installation of the solar panels to make me feel comfortable. When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year. We would recommend this company.

"Well with the roof, but not good with the rest of the job that needed to be done."

"Excellent Service! I recently experienced a roof leak after a massive storm hit Miami, and I'm so grateful I found Water Restoration Guys! Their team responded promptly and efficiently restored my home. The repair work was top-notch, and their professionalism was impressive. From initial assessment to completion, they communicated clearly and worked diligently to get my home back to normal. Their expertise and attention to detail ensured a seamless restoration process. I highly recommend Water Restoration Guys for their exceptional service, quality work, and rapid response. Thank you for an outstanding experience!"

"I had contacted E&S Island Repair to mount 2 televisions. They came that afternoon. Eric was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I already have him doing another project. I would highly recommend him."

"It went relatively well. Eric, the owner/manager, was very responsive and customer-service oriented. Eric and his team also spent time during the quote process to advise on different aspects that were not brought up in other quotes, which helped with the final deliverable meeting expectations (i.e. eliminating residual soffits from previous exterior pocket doors and smoothing exterior wall surface around new doors). I believe we were one of his earlier clients to do an impact glass window project this large. The initial installation of the windows, removal of shudder material went relatively quickly; however, the installers completed quite a bit of work, that was not up to our or Eric's quality standards, resulting in re-do, reworking time. Successive attempts resulted in a switch-out out of the team and a different crew. As a customer I appreciated the dedication to quality work, but would have appreciated it being completed more quickly. FL Project Masters (FLPM) has a few key guys that are really good (e.g. Mike Sipes, in particular) that did exceptional inspection, follow-up, and quality finishing work. In short, although there were a couple of hiccups in the project due to the initial team, FLPM Eric kept his word, followed through, communicated, and made sure the project was delivered and very close to budgeted cost. I would feel comfortable recommending FLPM for other jobs."

"I FOUND THEM TO BE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL IN ALL THAT THEY DID. THEY HAD THE MOST COMPETITIVE PRICES AND WERE ALWAYS PUNCTUAL IN DOING THEIR JOB. WHENEVER ANY DIFFICULTIES AROSE OR SOMETHING OUT OF THE WAY HAD TO BE DONE, THEY WERE ALWAYS WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE ME."
