"They were excellent choice. I needed help loading the container and immediate haul away. They delivered on time. Worked in +90 degree heat and never complained about the job. Cleaned up the area before departing for the day. I was very pleased and knew right then that I had hired the right company for the job. A+++++++++++ Justin."

Grew up as a rural, SW Minnesota farm boy. Husband, Dad, Pastor, Coffeehouse Owner, and All-Around Repair Man. Will work hard with character, integrity, and honesty. I'll fix it, clean it, remove it and get out of your way for you to enjoy your day or evening again, with your family, friends, and loved ones.\n\nQuick fixes, stressful messes, and leftover junk and demo work is what I love to help with. Depending on the size of the project, it may take me a few days, but it will all be done with as much excellence as possible.

"James said he would do the work on Friday, but failed to do so. I called him around 9:00pm. He shared that he thought it was going to rain on Friday and he planned on doing the work on Saturday. He showed up at 7:00am, which pleased me. I wish he had called me on Friday and told me about the change in his schedule. He will continue to mow my lawn as long as I am disabled."

"First of all, Marty was very professional and the staff very friendly.  But, I would give the cleaning a B.  Some things were missed that surprised me. Some carpet had been missed, a toilet base was not cleaned at all, a bathtub was not wiped clean, a number of surfaces were not touched and some small damage done to one of my blinds.  Also, it is good to be aware that young teens come in to help as well.  However, looking at all the good reviews, I believe they may normally do a very good job.

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Tea, SD

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
