"The quality workmanship is above standards. This project required a total removal including Cedar Shakes, replace with half inch plywood, weatherproofing trimming, shingles. After all completed American Quality Home was not satisfied. I have the old ceramic siding they replaced all the broken pieces and fitted aluminum trim on all the areas where the roof meets the ceramic siding. "The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."
