"We had let our backyard go, and it was full of tall weeds. They came in and cleared out all the weeds, and put down new mulch to prevent future weeds. They also added mulch to our front yard areas. The gave a quote and performed the work just as we expected. I asked for a few more areas to be mulched after they left, and they gladly came back and touched up those areas for me. Very professional."

"Work was performed to the letter of my instructions and they were able to get the job done earlier than the estimater quoted me. There was one mishap, but it was due to my inattentiveness. One of the trees removed was a large thick cedar tree. I failed to notice that two saplings were growing next to the trunk of the ccedar. Capital City Tree removed the cedar tree and left the saplings. An honest mistake, since I did not request those trees be taken out, but after I called them and explained my oversight they were happy to come and remove the saplings at no additional charge. Very professional, very prompt, will definitely use them in the future. <br />"

"Goal was to have all sprinkler heads on the system checked and any broken ones repaired. However, it took four or five calls just to get an appointment. Then, no one showed up on the appointed day. When we called back, we were blamed for them not showing up and were told they couldn't come for 3 weeks. After stating we would use a new company, they said they'd be there the next day. I'm not sure how thorough they were as I was not home when they were performing the service. Overall, the sprinkler heads seem to be functioning properly, so it worked out. <br /> Also, our HOA had told us there was a discount for using PLS on the days they come to mow the lawns. However, when asking about that while making the appointment, we were told they had no idea what we were talking about and they offered no discounts. <br /> A slightly disappointing experience, but they take great care of the lawns and the sprinkler system is working. <br />"
