The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"

They worked maybe 14 hours, jacked up my house causing rafters to go through my roof. Didn’t even replace faulty joists as promised. Tried to charge me $10,000. They stole the $6,000 that I gave them. Wouldn’t come back and do what they said they would do. I basically paid to have 5 beams put in for $6,000 with a hand jack. I could have done this myself for $300. Beware of this company. They sound professional, but are not."
