"Great! Guillermo responded promptly and communicated regularly through the bid, acceptance and work process. Very pleasant man. He helped us with ideas we had to make them work. He installed 4 gates (1 iron, 1 chain link, 2 vinyl), an iron picket fence along the back to keep the dogs in and keep the view open. A black chain link fence to close in a dog area and two vinyl gates on the street side to enhance the look and keep the dogs in. He texted before arrival and when he was leaving. Both Guillermo and his worker were pleasant, clean and made sure to take all the trash and leftovers with him. His work is quality and he worked fast - no leaving the job for another. "UC Fence left us with a quality white vinyl fence at a fair price, nicely installed, and resolved our very few problems professionally and relatively quickly. Our job consisted of replacing 250 linear feet of falling down wood fence with 3 adjoining neighbors, a somewhat tricky hardscape issue, and the need to contain high-jumping cats. Their Sales Manager, Eric Prien, did an admirable job coordinating things with our neighbors (even one we were having trouble getting on board) including getting their payments for their share of the job, and he also took good care of us throughout the process. His estimate was fair & quickly obtained and he followed up with us a number of times as we moved closer to starting the job. The installation crew was knowledgeable, friendly, capable, on time, and clean up was pretty good. UC Fence is fully insured for liability & W/C and have all the necessary licenses and bonding. As in life, not everything is perfect â and this is especially true when hiring contractors to do a job you care about being done right.
