"Great! Guillermo responded promptly and communicated regularly through the bid, acceptance and work process. Very pleasant man. He helped us with ideas we had to make them work. He installed 4 gates (1 iron, 1 chain link, 2 vinyl), an iron picket fence along the back to keep the dogs in and keep the view open. A black chain link fence to close in a dog area and two vinyl gates on the street side to enhance the look and keep the dogs in. He texted before arrival and when he was leaving. Both Guillermo and his worker were pleasant, clean and made sure to take all the trash and leftovers with him. His work is quality and he worked fast - no leaving the job for another. "UC Fence left us with a quality white vinyl fence at a fair price, nicely installed, and resolved our very few problems professionally and relatively quickly. Our job consisted of replacing 250 linear feet of falling down wood fence with 3 adjoining neighbors, a somewhat tricky hardscape issue, and the need to contain high-jumping cats. Their Sales Manager, Eric Prien, did an admirable job coordinating things with our neighbors (even one we were having trouble getting on board) including getting their payments for their share of the job, and he also took good care of us throughout the process. His estimate was fair & quickly obtained and he followed up with us a number of times as we moved closer to starting the job. The installation crew was knowledgeable, friendly, capable, on time, and clean up was pretty good. UC Fence is fully insured for liability & W/C and have all the necessary licenses and bonding. As in life, not everything is perfect â and this is especially true when hiring contractors to do a job you care about being done right. "The workmanship of the actual vinyl fence was good, but the fence installation was sloppy. They spray painted the frame of the fence. There were many runs in the paint, and they got some overspray on my neighbor’s fence. My husband & I brought this to the attention of the company’s supervisors, and they rescheduled the workers to come out & correct the errors. I held back my final payment until the corrections were made. It seems like the frame of the vinyl fence should be painted in the shop & not at the homeowner’s property."

"I had Dave install another 50' of fence on the other side of our property from where he did the previous installation. He used a brand called "Freedom" from Lowe's and it looked great. As with the other fence, all of the support poles where straight as an arrow and secured with concrete. When the fence was finished, it was uniform along the top and bottom rails. I have built my share of fences in the past and know good work when I see it. My health won't let me do this type of work anymore and it's the first time I ever hired a contractor to do it. Dave is a perfectionist like me and I appreciate his efforts."
