There was a discrepancy with the invoice… when I called and spoke to the owner, Samuel, he clarified things with me and even offered to refund me the amount of the dispute.. the way he handled the issue was so impressive, I told him to keep the money and instead, apply it towards the next time I’ll be using them. After the New Year, I had to move all my holiday decor and other seasonal items into storage. Of course I called Castle Labor. Scheduling with them was very easy. I was so happy!! Samuel and his team always go above and beyond. I felt comfortable with them in my space, communication was straight forward and easy and the price is right. They are game changers when it comes to moving, heavy lifting, pretty much any manual labor and I cannot recommend them enough!"
