"All went well despite some unforseen hiccups which by the way were not Arc Force Co. Fault. Beau (the VERY Respectful owner/hard worker) was understanding and accomadating to my situation and made recommended adjustments for the integrity of my fence. He was fast and the quality of his work did not suffer (I'm told by my neighbors the finished product is Very Good). I'm out of town for an extended time and have not seen the finished product yet, but am confident in the reports I've gotten. "This job was small. We needed to replace an 8' gote and also change it to a 5' gate. Normally it is very hard to get someone to do that small of a job but Surface scapes not only accepted the job but acted as if it was just as important as if we had the entire fence replace. They were on time, if there was an issue about the product they explained what the issue was and allowed me to decide what material to use instead of just using what they could get. We felt very confident in knowing the gate would be not just replaced but replaced with excellent workmanship. Craig also added a 3rd hinge to the gate instead of the typically 2 hinges so know we now that the gate will hold up for years to come instead of the hinges. All hardware was replaced which was great because the hold hardware even though it did not look as if it was old, was not just hold but also bent out of shape ect.. We would and will hire Surface Scapes next time we need to have any part of our portion of fence replaced."
