"It went very well. They were amazing and my house was virtually dust-free when they were all finished cleaning! Four people came and they did everything! Cleaned my house from floor to ceiling. They dusted all my furniture including all kitchen and bathroom countertops; cleaned a walk-in shower as well as a tub/shower; cleaned all blinds, shutters and vertical blinds; all sinks; wiped down all cabinets; above cabinets; ceiling fans and 2 hanging lamps; all mirrors; all windows; sliding door track; all my small appliances including the toaster-oven, microwave, and air-fryer; vacuuming and mopping all floors. They also cleaned my stove and oven and it looked brand new when they were finished cleaning it. It looked just like I had a brand new stove-oven delivered to my house that day! "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
