"Overall we are very happy with the workmanship that was preform. In the past we have had our driveway resealed and both times it required two coats. Not this time, it required only one coat, you can tell after a few days of it setting up if it's going to need additional coating. My neighbor inquired as to who sealcoated the driveway I think he was kind of impressed himself he wanted the phone number so I gave him the phone number I haven't checked back with him yet to see if he called but he might be getting his done. We will definitely recall when we need it sealcoated again."

"We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean. "Leon did a great job with his crew. He was super fast, and answered all my questions along the way. From the time I contacted them to the time the concrete was ready to walk on was only 1 weeks time. He took care of everything, forms, rebar and wire mesh looked great and everything was perfectly straight after the forms were pulled the day after pouring concrete. The finish was exactly what I asked for, nice and smooth. Relief cuts look great, nice and straight. I would definitely recommend. He made it look easy, great job."

"The company raised the concrete but didn't take any precautions to keep debris out of pool. After two days of cleaning we have all cement particles out of the pool, but find it necessary to clean out our pool filter Though the concrete did raise in some spots it is not totally even; water pools in a couple of spots. Be advised that this company only fills in the holes; you have to hire another company to stain the cement to match deck color. Clean up is not high on the priority list.
