"Eurico was punctual and arrived a little before time. He provided early preparation information over email before the date of service. <br /> He is very polite and professional to speak with. He set clear expectations about what he can achieve in the day, and what cannot be done, at the beginning of the day itself. <br /> He took extremely good care of our home, protecting the ceiling, floor and furniture. The job was neatly done with no damage to the areas not being painted. The edges were done correctly, leaving no irregularities at any wall intersections. Paint was appropriately used, and there was no unnecessary wastage or spillage. <br /> Eurico was super fast and efficient; he painted the entire lower area with double coats of paint within the day. "We chose to bid out a project on our new home by bringing in 5 contractors to give us quotes. We purposely did not reveal what our budget was because we wanted to give each of them a chance to come in at a fair number to both us and them. Thomas was very prompt. Generally I feel that we had a good meeting with him. He seemed knowledgeable, but did also seem overwhelmed with the scale of the project we needed done. At some point he mentioned that paint for the full interior could be $30,000 which was a little alarming (actual cost now that project is almost done was $10K). So there were some concerns about how his estimate would come in. Additionally, he was somewhat judgmental (at times awkwardly so) about some of our design decisions - like adding a stained glass window to the top of an interior wall. Now that all of those design elements have been implemented we continue to be thrilled with our decisions. At the end of the day, Thomas decided the project wasn't for him. He didn't say why, but I don't think we meshed well together anyway and the project was just simply massive. We ended up going with a contractor who has a lot of experience gutting entire homes. I would consider using Thomas for a smaller renovation like a bathroom or kitchen."

"He knows painting; he?s a good general painter. He can do wall papering and get things done. He keeps himself busy, he doesn?t need breaks. He worked the 8 hours straight. He?s easy to get along with and is very flexible. <br /> <br /> <strong>Update</strong>: He had to schedule another date to finish the work and he booked the next appointment for a month away. <br /> His humor and demeanor changed completely during his second visit.  He would take a cigarette break every 30 mins.  And made comments about my teenage daughter being rude. There are still spots that he has missed near my window sill."
