The technician thoroughly explained the training program for my six-month old poodle mix so that he could learn the boundaries. I was left with an instruction sheet and told to call if there were any problems or questions. I followed the program as instructed and my puppy learned and responded to the beeping of the collar very quickly. I can go to the mailbox or neighbor's yard knowing that my puppy will stay in the yard! He usually waits for me at the front door :-) I'm so glad that we chose to have the fence installed to keep the rascal safe!"

I'm very pleased with the thermal plastic and the way he worked it in to the existing roof around the fire place. I had asked him during the quote to replace some water damaged fascia, he forgot figuring the estimate, but repaired it anyway without adding to the price.
