"I called and left message as to what I needed, received call-back within the hour. Got price quote and scheduled an appt for time convenient for me. Cannin came and was professional, courteous, and on-time. Explained to me what he was going to do and how I should care for it in the future. I had some permanent stains and saturation stains from "use" of an off-white sofa and chair. I asked if he also had protection that he could add to help eliminate future stains and he added this for additional price, which was reasonable. I also had a newborn baby have an "accident" on the sofa 3 months later, and the protection worked. I called after this episode just to get info from Cannin as to how to keep the stain clean-up from leaving a water mark and he gave me good info over the phone and said to call if that did not work. You could not ask for someone more dedicated to their work and customer follow-up. Each time I have talked to him, he has said to call if something that he told me did not work. It gives me some peace of mind."

"They do an excellent job. I'm very happy. Actually, they come every year to do my carpet. They cleaned six rooms and a hallway. They do a really good job. It's just me and my husband, so we don't get out carpet too much dirty. The family room is the only one that gets really, really, you know people when we entertain. "Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. "Somehow during the last storm that came through, water made it's way into one of our back bedrooms. The carpet was soaked and standing there in with water logged carpet in a couple inches of water, with the furniture starting to show signs of damage, I had visions of what Hurricane Katrina was like for those poor people. My situation may not have been as bad, but until it happens to you, I don't think anyone REALLY "gets it".
Finding someone to come out to take care of the water damage/water removal wasn't easy. A lot of other people had gotten flooded as well, so there was a waiting list, and to make matters worse the water damaged furniture had started to stink!
After calling other water damage restoration companies, who all added me to their list, I finally called Dunedin Restoration, and what a difference. Yes, they were crazy busy as well...but from the beginning I got the feeling that they really cared, which meant a lot, especially at such a stressful time. From the kind and reassuring Receptionist, Beth, to the very professional young man who came out to make it all ok, and who actually had to move the furniture (a job which my husband was supposed to have taken care of and it never quite got done)  before he could start the clean-up in earnest. 
The major work was completed on day 1 and after a couple days of drying...the room was as good as new and no more smell...yay!!
I especially liked how Dunedin Restoration kept me appraised as to how things were going at every stage, and how despite the fact that they were super busy cleaning-up/restoring several flooded homes, they still managed to make me feel like I was a priority. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
