When I called this place Tom was on his way into town from another job and stopped over to look at the furnace within the 1/2 hour. He knew what the problem was and said he could fix it by just going across town to get the part. He was very prompt and knowledgeable. "Steve was very knowledgeable when he came to give me an estimate.  He explained the difference between brands and features.  He also explained the warranties and how they work.  He was very flexible when scheduling an installation date so I didn't have to take an extra day off work. He did not try to sell me a product I didn't want.  All the other companies only wanted to sell me the top of the line models and I knew I didn't need that for a small house. Steve gave me straight answers. <br />  I called on the morning of installation to confirm.  The installers showed up with all the pieces and parts and two trucks.  Removing the old furnace had to be done in pieces but they got it out.  Even though it took longer than expected, they stayed till the work was done and tested.  The installers were even knowledgeable about the manufacturer of my old furnace so I got a little history lesson too!  They cleaned up after themselves and removed all trash.  They even reassured me that they would register the furnace with the manufacturer.  I am a very happy (and warm) camper. <br />"

"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."
