"After numerous attempts to contact Angel?with no response and being completely ignored by his wife as well?I feel I have no choice but to share my experience. I made repeated efforts through text, email, and phone calls to resolve payment after my Christmas lights were left only partially installed. I tried to remain reasonable even after their installation damaged my stucco with hot glue, and later learned from my builder?s warranty roofing contractor that walking along the roof ridges during installation broke several shingles, resulting in nearly $2,000 in repairs. Despite this, they denied responsibility and offered no assistance or adjustment to offset the damage. I was still willing to move forward in good faith and pay once I received confirmation that the lights would be properly removed. Unfortunately, communication stopped entirely, and the issue remains unresolved. This situation has been disappointing and reflects a serious lack of professionalism."

"When the crew came out they were professional and listened to my concerns, which was a sprinkler head not working and a couple that were leaking. They determined that my sprinkler heads needed to be raised and would fix the broken one. However, they said there is no leak. The work seemed good with the exception of a head that was not raised. However, I feel they were incorrect about no leak. In fact, I think they made it worse as I now have more standing water than I had previously and there has not been any rain. I would not recommend this company."
