And, we don't have to be home or leave door ajar during and after the maintenance (but you do for initial refinish but door is completely sealed with plastic to prevent wind and dust from home and refinished door). "Aref was very nice and friendly. Told me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done, which I pretty much already knew. So he didn't try to tell me more was wrong than truly was. He quoted me a very fair price and got to work. When he was finished I was very pleasantly pleased not only in how much better the springs looked (previous ones were thick with rust) but how quiet and smooth the garage door now opened and closed. He also provided additional support by adding more lag bolts to the header board that the garage door opener bracket attached to. All in all I was very pleased and would definitely call him again for any future repairs."
