"We couldn't be happier with the landscaping project done for our house. Joel was such a pleasure to work with and really listened to what we wanted. The finished product was gorgeous! We will absolutely be using them again for any future landscaping needs. A+ on customer service and quality of work done."

"I had their service for over two years, yard only improved about 40%. Some areas stayed brown, grass wouldn't grow. One scheduled Reseeding with soil turnover was done during a big wind event of 35 miles and hour. What? Really? Had to make many calls to return. For a period, I added the Bush / Shrub Care, my Oriental Plum tree didn't improve. Leaves won't grow or fill out. Later, to be told by Tree Service Co. the tree was getting to much water. It was in the center of my front lawn, very visible. Tree had to be removed due to Root Rot. TruGreen never said anything. Also, I was told two of the brown areas had Grubs! TruGreen didn't tell me that either! I cancelled about 6 months ago, after a Supervisor failed to return my two call. I feel they should work with a gardening service, "Joint Venture" for better results and should also improve their communication. I hired them a year before getting an a Appraisal, sadly it didn't help!!! I'm a retired Senior and female."

"They came out to look at our property. Then, after they had drawn up a proposal, they called us in to show it to us. They set a date for the work and were actually able to come out before their estimated date. Considering the miserable condition of the bushes and hedges in front of our house, we were very pleased with the result. It made a big dent in our budget, but they allowed us to pay over the course of three months. However, I am also somewhat disappointed because I made it very clear that I wanted flowers, and what we got were just some tiny blossoms on rather nondescript plants, whereas I want spectacular blooms. I was also under the impression that we would have blooms in different seasons, but I don't see that. Nonetheless, I would probably use them again. <br />"
