"Luis (owner) came out to do the quote on my home. I was looking for tile removal and install in all hall ways, entry way, kitchen and living room. When he was completing the quote, he was very informative on what was going on the quote, and what to expect during the process. We chose to go with his company due to his friendly and professional manner, as well as the reasonable costs. On the first day of the job, Luis and his crew showed up on time, and Luis took the time to go over the project once again. In fact everyday before they started he would let me know what they were going to get done that day, and in the evening we would walk around and review what had been done that day. Also since I work from home, Luis was able to accommodate when sections of the house would be worked. "Kitchen Remodeling, If you are thinking of having your kitchen remodeled, then I have a story for you. Most online reviews begin with the horror stories of kitchen remodeling, NOT FOR US. The local company we hired was Tops, Inc out of Aubrey, Tx. The are one of the premier kitchen and counter top companies in the Dallas area. Our needs were to replace all but one of our kitchen counter tops. We kept our quartz island. We wanted to find a complementary color in the new counter tops that would make the kitchen look great and work with our island. We also wanted a new back splash and have our kitchen cabinets painted. The main partner of Tops Inc. is Steve Chambless @ 972-342-2000. Steve was great because he took the time to educate us on our options and to help us select the best one for our kitchen. No selling here, just good honest education so we could get the value we wanted for our money spent. These guys are a custom company, who do professional work, are excellent to work with and do what they say they will do. Their install crew was amazing, from start to clean up. They installed new 27 foot quartz counter top that looked like all one piece; no seam can been seen and with custom installed back splash. The kitchen cabinets are newly painted and look super. Their team took the time and effort to get things done right the first time, not just slam things in like some companies. While no job is perfect, like most of you, all we wanted was a custom professional job at a fair competitive price, and a company that will work with you and stand behind their work. That is just what we got. Steve explained to me their goal is to create happy customers because all their work comes from referrals and we can see why. That is why they are a 5 star rating on Home Advisor. Their price was very competitive and less than most of the 6 companies we interviewed. The form does not permit me to list more than one project, unfortunately, because Lizardo Reyes was able to do all three projects. He works alone, did them all in two and a half days, and did beautiful work. He is a competent worker, quiet and conscientious. I recommend him highly.
