First, one tile was completely missing, and others misaligned occurring from an unknown circumstance. The roofers who installed the new roof never changed the flashing, and it was now leaking. The flashing, sheathing, and trusses now needed to be repaired. I was hoping this would be done before we closed. After multiple phone calls and conversations, it was apparent that the roofers had no intentions of coming out to fix their mess.
