So I was on the calendar. Any way the sink was to big and had to be reordered. He installed the counter tops. But had to wait on the sink. I live in Wisconsin and this project was at our winter home in Florida. I was heading back to Wisconsin on Thursday. The reorder was not going to arrive in time. Deo said no worries. He would pick up the sink and install it. The sink came in early. Called Deo he said he'd finish up what he was doing and come and install the sink. He did finished the job that evening and I flew to Wisconsin as planned the next morning."

"The initial calls were great. Very helpful and prompt with responses. Price matched another quote we got and won the bid because they could get us in sooner. The installer arrived right on schedule and completed the job well in my opinion. The issue began when I asked about the mildew/mold on the brand new lumber. The installer told me that it would go away once the sun hit it. Of course, it did not. We then tried repeatedly to contact them. We do know that there was a family emergency and were sensitive to that. Weeks later we still tried to contact with no call back. Sent pictures etc. I ended up spending a few hours having to scrub a brand new fence. There were small installation issues that we would have overlooked and given a better rating (like the tags left on the lumber that are visible, or the fact that the lumber for the posts weren’t perfect) but getting ignored after the job was done was a bummer."
