Jose and his crew always show up on time, efficiently performed their work, and always keep us informed at every stage of the project. Our pool looks beautiful with the new plaster and the large glossy tiles that reflect off the sunlight. They even created an infinity waterfall between the spa and the pool. Any concerns we have are promptly addressed. They are extremely responsive and go out of their way to ensure that everything is perfect. "We called them to see if a hot tub we gained thru a home purchase was worth fixing. Tanner stated it would take a new motor, and filter. They came to install the motor and filter but the hot tub still didn’t work. They mentioned we’d probably need a new box, and Tanner could price it out. After they left, my husband messed with the box and actually got it started but the motor they just put on was crooked and leaking. Tanner said maybe it needed a seal. The hot tub still wasn’t “working.” We had another company out the next day who said that all our equipment is older, the tub itself is sinking and not level and would not recommend fixing. Asked T&C to return $756 minus their labor & take their stuff back. They said no, but could find a cheaper quote to remove tub and to sell motor on the marketplace. The only company that called for them was trying to sell me a new tub. Tanner came to drain tub for us but then left the cover off during all the rain. Don’t recommend, terrible."

"You have to pay up front before any work has been done through his website or phone app. And you pay for a set amount of hours. If it takes longer, you pay again. You don't get reimbursed if it didn't take as long as you paid for. If he has to travel to get a different part, he is on the clock for that too, even if he bought the wrong part to begin with. Seemed like he was learning a few things as he started installing some things, like the closet doors - he bought the wrong roller mechanisms and didn't know how to install a peep hole eyeglass - in fact he lost a part of the magnifier and had to go back to the store to buy another one, as well as the closet roller mechanisms - all at my expense. I do not recommend this company."
