I scheduled and paid for a deep clean of our new home before moving in — while it was completely empty — and they flat-out lied about doing the work. No calls, no texts, no emails. Just silence after taking our money. To say this was inconvenient would be an understatement. We trusted this company to help during a vulnerable time — instead, they took advantage of us and left us with an uncleaned house and zero accountability. I have photo evidence of the state of the home and the text message they sent claiming the job was done. This company is not just lazy — they are deceitful. They knowingly scammed a pregnant woman and a military family, and clearly thought they could get away with it. If you’re even considering using this company, don’t.
