"Sanchez Painting did some work for us a couple of years ago. We liked their work back then and made a point of keeping their information in case we needed them in the future. Now that we are anticipating selling our house, we called them to paint the exterior of the home. From that first call to completion of the job, they were responsive, on time, and professional. They returned phone calls immediately, gave us a very competitive quote, provided references and even helped to choose the perfect color combination. Once the work commenced, they removed the gutters, pressure washed the whole house, made repairs to the stucco in various areas, painted all exterior, wood trim, patio cover, front doors, side doors, and metal garage doors. They even went as far as removing the exterior light fixtures, and re-installing them when the work was complete. It took them a complete week to do the job. They were on-time every morning and were meticulous about masking everything, and not getting over-spray or spilling paint on anything. The house looks great, and I will definitely use them again.
