He also guaranteed the plants that he installed for several months. Any plant that needed to be replaced because of the heat was replaced without question. His costs were very reasonable. Hector was also the only person I contacted for a quote that actually listened to me about the design I wanted and got it right the first time. He is also very talented when it comes to designing yards. I'm very pleased with everything from the work done, as well as the cost. "The owner worked with me while I dealt with a trouble some association, he even gave his opion on the plans to the board to pass approval. My yard is 8 mo old now and is still is doing great. I just whated an almost maintance free yard and thats what it is. The plants and trees are still healthy and growing. Concrete is still in good shape but I wish I had notice a gap under one corner of the slab before signing off. Although it could be just the ground sinking from water."

"not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."
