"My roof had sustained damage from recent severe storms in my area. I contacted several roofing companies, through internet searches and some local advertisers. I received a few inspections and multiple estimates, but wasn't satisfied or felt comfortable enough with any of those contractors to hire them do the job. We got 3 different quotes, and even though Triple Crown wasn’t the cheapest, we decided to go with them because we’ve been around long enough to know that the cheapest and the best are rarely the same thing. "Due to summer rains and a tropical storm, work start was delayed a couple days. First day, four workers showed up and worked until mid afternoon when the heat became stifling. Next three days, the two of the first day workers came around 7:30 a.m. and worked until mid afternoon, depending on summer heat and summer rains. As mentioned, it went a little slower because of the extra soft spots they found. We discussed the roof situation when they took a break and were very helpful in explaining what they were doing. I did a little of the metal trimming clean up on Wednesday just to help them out, but when they finished on Thursday, they cleaned up almost all the visible refuse that construction brings. Workers were hard working, knowledgeable, and efficient, as well as informative and personable. When a small piece of construction materials fell into our bathroom vent exhaust, it stopped our exhaust fan from running. One email to the office, and we had someone here the next day. He fixed the problem, also without charge. We were one summer away from living in a sieve, but now we have a roof that will last longer than we will. It's the last roof we will ever need. On top of that, it looks absolutely fantastic! <br /> I gave only a and quot;Band quot; rating for price because I'm frugal and hate to part with my hard earned money. I wish it were cheaper, but I'd spend it again to get a quality roof. I also gave a and quot;Band quot; rating for responsiveness since I had to make a few emails and phone calls to originate the estimate and scheduling date, probably due to their quality roofing service being in demand. <br />"
