"They say one thing and then do the exact opposite! Not worth it! They do nothing but hound you from the start to finish. Also, they do not do the job as promised. We both agreed to do the job at a certain time when I knew I will have all of the money. They pushed and moved it up knowing this because I reminded them that I will not have the money at that time. They said that it is okay. That it is no problem. Well, it appears that it is not okay. Waiting 9 days appears to be the end of the world even though I offered to pay all but 450.00 until then. Nope all now. Go someplace else. It is not worth the headache. Guess I will at the age of 62 climb the ladder and take down the busted flagpole holder and touch up the paint underneath it like you said you would because you were repairing and painting that area already. Hence say anything to get contract. There were other issues, but I let them slide, thinking now that was a bad decision. "

"Hail damage occurred in March of this year and I contacted Braswell Construction as well as 2 other local roofing companies. Chris Gaugler contacted me asap and came out to the house. The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. Photos attached and it really makes a difference."

"Kyle does a walk through with you every morning and evening to discuss what's happening and to show you what's done. At any time, you can show him if you are not satisfied and he will 100% fix it to your satisfaction. He is a professional roofer with 26 years of experience and he's a very friendly guy. He is one of the most honest people you will meet. Kyle is also a perfectionist and keeps a very close eye on his crew and gets on the roof with them and works as hard as they do if not harder. His crew is very professional also and no one goes without a shirt on the job site nor is cursing allowed. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish. They are very thorough and lay down material to catch the debris and nails. When the job is complete, they even do several trips around the job site using a magnet to find nails. He explained the whole process and discussed his crew that would be on the job. The very polite, hard-working guys showed up on time and never stopped until the job was completed! Long, hot day for them and they were still smiling and thanking me as they left. The gutters look great and we are very pleased with the overall experience! I have already referred them to others, and will continue to do so."
