Only in lobbies, offices, gym, ect.)\n\nCleaning bathroom(s) - We will clean the public restroom. (If applicable.)\n\nPool house - We can pick up litter and trash at the pool area, change trash bags, and clean up restrooms and showers. (We DO NOT clean the pool itself OR the furniture OUTSIDE.)\n\nParking lot - We can pick up any trash from the parking area(s) and change trash bags (if applicable)\n\nEvent cleaning (Price will be discussed after viewing the property)\n\nDOE NOT INCLUDE SHAMPOOING OF CARPET OR WAXING OF FLOORS!\n\nTrip charge is $20.00, this will be charged for trip in which we are unable to do scheduled work.
