"The installation of the roof was fast & good but the replacing of flashing, painting & gutters was very bad. We did have a lot of rain last month. I feel they took to long to complete the rest of the work. I was called 2 or 3 times stating they would be there a certain day. No show, no call. After the painting was done they had to come back due to cracks & gaps. They didn"t caulk everything. When they came to collect their money they said they saw a couple of places that needed touch-ups. Haven't seen them since. <br />"

".Dylan and his crew did a fine job, finished most of job in one day, then were hampered by weather, came back in a couple of days to fully finish cleanup. Also cut down large bushes and small trees for a great price. Cleanup was thorough. <br /> Dylan Martin no longer works for Republic, he's started his own company, Martin Restoration LLC  ( 901-581-6199), has kept the crew who did my roof. I plan to use them for some other repairs and I've already recommended his company to a friend of mine. <br />"

"It turned out very well. They were so good that I used them again. It was a smaller house for the last service. They were excellent. They were timely and gave me a reasonable expectation of the work to be performed. They did everything that they were supposed to and actually showed up earlier than the appointment. I wasn't there and they told me when they were going to get there. They came in town, saw the roofing materials and I got a text telling me that the job had started. When I got home that evening, the job was complete. I couldn't tell that they had been there with the exception of finding a new roof."

"Mr. David Novak and his crew were the best roofers I have ever used. I was impressed with him from the start because he used framing and roofing terminology to describe the work that I was familiar with from having worked in the lumber business. He walked every foot of the roof taking notes during his inspection and found structural defects in the rafters that had to be repaired before roofing could start. He also had to replace over half of the plywood sheets that had rotted over the years. The rafters, which had become a major framing problem, were expertly repaired with brand new lumber. My old roof was replaced with high definition architectural shingles, and is absolutely beautiful. I now have a superior roof on top of sound structural framing that Mr. Novak replaced. This house had major structural problems, and he and his crew were able to fix and correct all of them. All of the men had a high level of expertise. You can depend on the advice Mr. Novak gives because his is the voice of experience and is a real roofer, not a salesman. Best of all his price was more than fair considering all the problems he had to solve with my 60yr old house. His initial estimates included what the price would be if all of the plywood had to be replaced, which I found to be very professional. I would highly recommend Mr, David Novak to anyone looking for an honest intelligent experienced roofing professional."

"The project leader, Jimmy, inspected the roof and submitted a proposal for the repair work on 5/25 which we accepted and got on the work schedule. A repair technician was scheduled to perform the work on 6/30, later than I had hoped, but there was a backlog of work to do. The weather on 6/30 was not good so the technician was rescheduled for 7/7. The technician arrived on time and performed the repair work as specified in the proposal. The following week it rained and the roof was still leaking and another area also was leaking that had not been leaking before. I contacted the office and Jimmy was scheduled to come back on 7/18, which he did. He found the "new" leak and repaired it, and did some more work on the original leak. The weather was pretty dry for the next two weeks, but after another good rain, the roof overhang was still leaking. Jimmy came back again the week of 8/7-8/11 and found the source of the leak and repaired it. The roof passed a stiff test when the remnants of Harvey dumped 6" of rain. I appreciated the efforts of Jimmy to find and fix the problem even though it took a few visits and there were no additional charges."
