"Art and his guys came in within a couple days after calling to check out the damage and start the process of recommendations and quotes. They gave me multiple options to choose from according to price and quality. They showed up each day exactly on time and were extremely courteous, and cleaned up as they went including taking away everything torn out. He was able to reset the dryer and it now runs smoothly. Clyde only charged us the $60 service fee, nothing else. And, he said if it ends up causing more trouble in the future, Clyde will apply the $60 that we paid for the service call towards a new control panel. Clyde is professional, was prompt (actually early), has less expensive service fees (more than 50% less) than others who are rated as A's and B's (because I called several), is super nice and very helpful. They had the fans running for 2 to 3 days and got it dried out enough that they could break it up and start over putting down the floor."

"Went wonderfully. Initially someone came out to see what the problem was and then determined what parts were needed. When the repair person returned to fix the appliances, he was friendly and professional and cleaned up after the repairs which did not take long at all. Very pleased and everything works very well now. The only small glitch was, on the first day, I was given a window of time when they'd come and they got hung up with another job and didn't make it. I would have liked a phone call letting me know about the hold-up. The next visit the repairman came right on time and the rest of the experience was so positive, I felt like it made up for the glitch in communication. Will definitely use them again."
