"From the first minute they ensured we knew what they were going to be doing for the job and it paid off. The job looks beautiful and we've already received plenty of compliments on it. The room was in poor condition before they came in; an old converted porch with skewed walls, an uneven floor, holes throughout the floor and chunks of concrete missing. I cannot explain how completely different the room looks now! I couldn't have hoped for a better result, the work is immaculate, the lines straight and even, the tiles flat and no pops or lips sticking up, no dips. Just terrific work and I would recommend Philadelphia Brick & Stone Pointing Inc. to anyone who wants great work for a great price! "John was very responsive. I needed cabinets to match the ones already in my new house. He was able to identify the exact cabinet from a distributor who only works with contractors, he placed the order immediately and worked out # of cabinets, drawers and glass doors would suit my needs and the space. He also provided samples of counter tops for me to choose from, did measurements and acquired the top. Unfortunately the doors to one cabinet were warped and he has been working with the distributor to correct this. My favorite aspect of working with John is that he is very communicative regarding any scheduling issues, changes, etc. I can expect a call from him first thing in the morning to confirm work to be done and if I am not home he very apologetically will contact me during the day with any questions. He is also neat and cleans up any mess. He is very sensitive to functionality - it actually bothers him if something does not work correctly or is not installed in a way that is most useful. I've used him on any number of other projects as he seems to be able to do just about anything! Which is also why I could not exactly isolate the cost for this particular project."

We worked on those ideas and visited the showroom several times to compare materials etc. The final design was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. All Keystone’s employees and subcontractors did a great job building the deck. The landscapers prepared the site and landscaped after the deck was complete. The concrete crew and stonemasons were excellent. The building crew, led by Reuben, was superb. Many of our friends are in construction and they all commented on the quality of work and materials. Every person from Keystone was very polite and responsive to any questions we had as the deck and patio were being built. My wife and I highly recommend Keystone Custom Decks."

"<p>I purchased an Angie's List deal to pressure wash, install new sand and seal 250 sq ft of pavers.  The vendor was difficult to schedule throughout the process, but was especially slow to respond after I complained about the original service.  The walkway that I selected has red brick pavers (EP Henry) with black paver sand. The vendor did a good job pressure washing the walkway, but used <strong>white sand</strong> to refill the joints.  Completely unacceptable .... it looked terrible and, as most folks know, would not harden and adhere within the joints like paver sand.  I asked the vendor to blow the loose sand out of the joints and install proper paver sand.  The vendor agreed to the request, but stated that they only ordered materials in bulk and it would take a while to obtain the proper sand (what ??  --- it is standard color paver sand!).  It took several weeks from that point for the vendor to finally complete the job.</p>"
