When we had some issues with the older less reliable lighting programing software, Drew upgraded us at the cost of the new hardware and did not charge us a cent for the labor involved. The new Lutron system has been exceptional and it is helping us both, Envision and my budget, save money since it is rock solid. "I was impressed seeing Brady & Son's all positive reviews on Angie's List, and when I called, Stephen was courteous and we set up an appointment for the following week. Stephen and Mario quickly and efficiently tackled all the issues, and Stephen explained what had been causing said issues. They also replaced the faulty light fixture in the office with a new one I had purchased but had been waiting to install. Due to an earlier job that ran late, the guys had arrived to the appointment an hour or so late (which Stephen had called about), and because of that, Stephen did not charge for the work performed. Even if this hadn't been the case, I still would have written a positive review (REALLY!) because the work was excellent, but I really appreciated that added level of customer service and accountability. "Deron arrived when expected and was very thorough in installing both lights. They both work, he took extra time to install extra brackets for the flat panel light which was replacing a standard single socket light. This took longer but made for a much sturdier installation. He spent over 2 hours and did a great job. Will certainly call Deron again when/if we have other electrical needs."

"Excellent. We made an appointment for an estimate and the owner came out and looked at the work to be done and we received a clear, concise estimate a few days later. We called and set up an appointment and received a call the night before they were scheduled to verify the date and time they were coming. They were very friendly and professional and took their time doing the work. They let us know about anything unexpected. They were very tidy and patched the holes so the overall job looks clean and is ready to be repainted. Everything is well placed and exactly what we had hoped for in our new lighting. We paid a little more than what we may have paid for another electrician but are so happy with the experience and results, it was worth it."

Contacted JL and was told I would only pay for the time the job took and he gave me a very reasonable ball park estimate over the phone. They did a great job installing my ceiling fan and re-wiring the switch. They also fixed a few other minor things and gave me some tips to troubleshoot an issue I'm having with my pool light. Very reasonable prices, great work, and quick response time. I have found my contractor for any future electrical work."
