"The Issue: Had a front corner post whose cement base started sinking due to the most Winter we experienced. The corner section of the roof was noticeably sagging by a significant amount. The Solution: Pictures were taken of the post and roof and sent to Chris at Blue Sky Roofing. Chris responded with an estimate and said it would take just over a day to complete. It was made known to Chris that the project was hoping to get completed by the middle of April the absolute latest. Chris sent 2 men over 2 days later and they: 1) Secured the roof with wood framing 2) Removed the dirt \ landscaping 3) Removed the cement block and all the cement in the ground 4) Poured the cement for the footing 5) The next day they framed and poured the cement for the square box around the pole (this took a couple hours) 6) The day after they returned to remove the wooden frame around the newly poured cement box 7) All the dirt \ landscaping was relocated to its original position 8) The roof was now again straight But, they did not stop there. They caulked 2 section of the roof and made sure the job was acceptable. Their work was oustanding all the way around from all directions! They will utilized by us for all future projects!"

"Perfect.This was the 4th roofing company I contacted. Either I did not get a return call or was told that the job was to small or that they don't do mobile homes. Kerry roofing kept Every appointment on time. I went to their location 1st because I wanted to see the office to be sure I was dealing with a real company and not a fly by night person. They are knowledgeable and were very to the point. They showed me the roofing options and the warranty. Gave me the packet and an estimate for the job to take home and decide if and when I wanted to do the job. I was a bit surprised that I didn't get the high pressure sales pitch I always get, I am a female and I know nothing about roofing. When I discussed the options with my daughter (this is her home the work was needed) we decided and called to schedule. They came to our location looked at the roof, took the deposit and scheduled. They applied for the permits and made all arrangements needed. The crew showed up with the dumpster to remove the debris, they laid tarp to catch any loose debris and protect my landscape and the neighbors. Since the roof had a major leak long term (this was a new trailer we bought and it had a lot of problems we did not see when we bought it-my point is I am a female and know nothing about trailers or roofs. Our first rainy night was a monsoon through the roof ) they inspected the headers and insulation and gave us photos so we knew what needed fixed in the walls that were affected by the long term rot. 1 wall had rot and mold and needed replaced. The roof was completely removed and replaced with new plywood covered with snow shield, the stacks were replaced and the roof was shingled in a few hours. They swept, removed the dumpster and did a walk around with me before the inspector arrived. the inspection was done, all in the same day. This was August of 2017, and the roof is everything we were promised. They applied an Angie's list discount that I did not know existed. Also, I was told by a relative this was going to cost a lot more than what I was quoted. Overall this company is everything a company should be. Honest, reliable, quality work. I would tell everyone to call them 1st."

"I wasn't sure what to list as a price as we've used David Lancaster's AAA Better Roof a few times over the years although our most recent contact had no charges.  So I listed a rough total of all that we've spent with his company. <br> <br>The first was when we had our Cedar Shake roof replaced in 2000 or 2001 (about $9,000 for the job).  The second was in 2013 when there were a few repairs and some other work done (about $2,500 for the job).  Most recently he came out to inspect for damage as I was concerned that a recent hail storm might have caused damage.  On the most recent job he showed my exactly what the hail did in pictures and why no replacement was needed at this time.  He noticed a couple shingles missing (normal with this type of roof over time) and made some minor replacements at no charge. <br> <br>I wasn't a member of Angie's list when the past work was done, but I am now and his most recent vist reminded me of how pleased I've been with his work including the promptness of his responses, how informative his estimates have been (photos to clearly show exact issues), and the quality of his work.  <br> <br>I would recommend AAA Roofing and would use them again for future roofing needs. <br> <br> <br>"
