The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the overall process took much longer than expected. I understand that city permits were part of the delay and not entirely within Ergeon’s control, but there were also long periods with very little communication, and I often had to reach out for updates. That part of the experience was frustrating. In the end, we’re very happy with the quality of the fence, and I appreciate everyone who helped get the project completed."
